摘要
介绍了首次在水电行业工程领域系统全面的将经验模态分析法成功应用于黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站机组甩负荷试验研究中,形成了一套完整的、适用于抽水蓄能机组调试试验的反演分析及预测计算方法。通过该方法对历次甩负荷试验数据的反演分析,求得的均值压力及变化趋势与水力过渡过程复核计算预测的均值压力及变化趋势基本吻合。同时,经过对黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站累计40多次机组甩负荷试验实测数据的反演分析,总结出了机组甩负荷过程中球阀、蜗壳和尾水管进口各主要部位压力极值和最大转速上升发生的主要特性。
The Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) is successfully applied to the research concerning load dump tests of units at Heimifeng Pumped Storage Power Station in an overall manner in the field of hydropower projects for the first time,thus giving birth to complete calculation methods for inversion analysis and prediction.Such methods are applicable for commissioning and tests of pumped storage power units.According to the inversion analysis on the data of previous load dump tests based on the methods above,the average pressure and variation trend obtained are basically in line with those predicted through checking calculation on hydraulic transient process.Meanwhile,the followings are concluded through the inversion analysis on the measured data of more than 40 load dump tests at Heimifeng Pumped Storage Power Station:the main features concerning extreme pressure and the maximum speed rise at main locations such as the inlet of ball valves,volutes and draft tubes during such tests.
