韩明向教授认为,眩晕根本病因在于肾精亏虚,肝阳上亢,发病的基本特点是因虚致实,因虚生风,因风致眩。治疗应以滋补肝肾,滋水涵木为基本治法,辨证加减用药。临证辨机求因,依证制法,据法处方,灵活辨治,药到病愈。

Professor HAN Mingxiang thinks the root cause of vertigo is kidney essence deficiency and hyperactivity of liver-yang. The basic characteristics of vertigo＇s pathological are sthenia symptoms caused by asthenia,pathogenic wind and caused by asthenia,dizzy caused by pathogenic wind. We should cure it by using nourishing liver and kidney as the basic treatments,and then using medicine based on syndrome differentiation. We have already gotten significant effect from these methods.
