银杏叶提取物对2型糖尿病微血管病变患者VEGF、D-二聚体的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨银杏叶提取物对2型糖尿病微血管病变患者VEGF、D-二聚体的影响。方法将90例2型糖尿病微血管病变患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例,2组均服用常规西药降糖药,治疗组在此次基础上加用银杏叶提取物静脉注射治疗。结果治疗组VEGF以及D-二聚体水平(5.32±0.96、6.21±0.89)mmol/L低于对照组(6.05±0.35、7.02±1.03)mmol/L(P<0.05);2组三酰甘油、总胆固醇以及高密度蛋白胆固醇水平均有所下降,治疗组(1.14±0.31、11.03±1.25、0.98±0.21)mmol/L低于对照组(1.89±0.42、13.01±4.01、1.54±0.45)mmol/L(P<0.05);2组微血管病变指标血浆黏度、纤维蛋白以及血沉均有所下降,治疗组(1.56±0.21)m Pa/s、(2.98±0.78)g/L、(21.45±3.21)mm/L低于对照组(1.89±0.35)m Pa/s、(3.45±0.36)g/L、(25.36±4.57)mm/L(P<0.05);2组血管袢数、袢长及袢顶款形态均有所降低,治疗组(6.21±1.03)支/mm、(5.56±0.36)/0.13 mm、(0.31±0.06)/0.85 mm低于对照组(8.56±2.34)支/mm、(7.45±1.03)/0.13 mm、(0.56±0.07)/0.85 mm(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物对2型糖尿病微血管病变患者的血液流变学、血脂水平以及VEGF、D-二聚体有明显的改善作用。 Objective To investigate the Ginkgo biloba extract on patients with diabetic microangiopathy VEGF,D-dimer impact analysis. Methods The 90 cases of patients with diabetic microangiopathy was selected two groups,according to a random number table method. They are divided into groups and the control group,two groups of patients were taking conventional medicine hypoglycemic agents,In the observation group were based on the use of Ginkgo biloba extract plus intravenous therapy. Results After treatment,VEGF and D-dimer levels of patients in the observation group(5. 32 ± 0. 96,6. 21 ± 0. 89) mmol / L lower than the control group(6. 05 ± 0. 35,7. 02 ± 1. 03) mmol / L,the difference was significant( P 〈0. 05);the two groups of patients with triglycerides,total cholesterol and high-density cholesterol levels protein expression were decreased in the observation group(1. 14 ± 0. 31,11. 03 ± 1. 25,0. 98± 0. 21) mmol / L lower than the control group(1. 89 ± 0. 42,13. 01 ± 4. 01,1. 54 ± 0. 45) mmol / L,the difference was significant( P 〈0. 05);the levels of plasma viscosity,fibrin and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of two groups patients were declined,the levels of the observed group( 1. 56 ± 0. 21) mP a / s,( 2. 98 ± 0. 78) g / L,( 21. 45 ± 3. 21)mm / L were lower than the control group(1. 89 ± 0. 35) mP a / s,( 3. 45 ± 0. 36) g / L,( 25. 36 ± 4. 57) mm / L,The difference as significant( P 〈0. 05);two groups patients' vascular loop number,loop length and loop shape top models were decreased,it was less in the observation group(6. 21 ± 1. 03) / mm,(5. 56 ± 0. 36) /0. 13 mm,(0. 31 ± 0.06) /0. 85 mm than the control group(8. 56 ± 2. 34) / mm,(7. 45 ± 1. 03) /0. 13 mm,(0. 56 ± 0. 07) /0. 85 mm the difference was significant( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract on patients with type 2 diabeticmicroangiopathy rheology,lipid levels and VEGF,D-dimer significant improvement.
