穴位按压对高血压病患者血压及生存质量的影响

Acupoint pressing on blood pressure and quality of life in patients with hypertension

目的观察穴位按压对高血压病患者血压控制效果及生存质量的影响。方法将90例高血压病患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。治疗组最终42例完成干预方案,对照组为44例,2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用穴位按压治疗,干预6个月后比较2组血压、中医证候、生活质量的变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组收缩压、舒张压显著降低,血压控制有效率显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候积分显著降低,中医证候疗效显著升高(P<.05);SF-36量表中躯体健康、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情绪角色功能、心理健康等维度评分均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位按压能有效控制高血压患者血压,改善临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of acupressure control on blood pressure and quality of life of hypertension patients. Methods The 90 cases hypertension patients were divided into observation group（ n = 45） and control group（ n = 45） according to the random number table method. 42 cases of observation group and 44 cases of control group completed the final intervention program. The 2 groups treated with conventional therapy,and observation group used the acupoint pressing therapy based on conventional therapy. To observe the changes of blood pressure,TCM symptoms,quality of life after the intervention. Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The efficiency of blood pressure control in observation group was higher than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The TCM syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）,and the efficacy of TCM syndrome was higher than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Observation group of SF-36 scale in 8 dimensions of physical health,bodily pain,vitality,social function,emotional role function,mental health scores were higher than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint pressing on hypertension patients is more ideal,the clinical symptoms have been significantly improved,the quality of life has been further improved.
