桂枝茯苓丸治疗流产后阴道出血

Guizhi Fuling pill treatment of vaginal bleeding after abortion

目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸对流产后阴道出血的临床疗效。方法选择2014年3月—2015年3月我院收治180例早孕并行流产治疗的患者,随机分为治疗组A、治疗组B和对照组,各60例。治疗组A在口服米非司酮时加服桂枝茯苓丸(3次/d,12 g/次),服药至出血停止。治疗组B在胎囊或绒毛排出后口服桂枝茯苓丸(3次/d,12 g/次),服药至出血停止。对照组未服用桂枝茯苓丸。结果治疗组A、治疗组B和对照组中大量出血的患者分别为11例(18.3%)、15例(25%)和6例(45%);出血时间>15 d的患者中,治疗组A有3例(5%),治疗组B有5例(8.3%),对照组15例(25%)。治疗组与对照组在出血量和出血时间之间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸在中医妇科疾病中应用广泛,有活血化瘀、温经通络的作用。尤其在治疗流产后阴道出血的疾病中作用显著,可以缩短出血时间,减少出血量。

Objective To investigate Guizhi Fuling pill using for vaginal bleeding after abortion efficacy analysis.Methods From March 2014 to March 2015,180 cases of first trimester abortion patients treated in parallel. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group A,group B and group therapy,the treatment group A：In the case of oral mifepristone plus service Guizhi Fuling pill,3 times a day,every 12 g,medication to stop the bleeding. Treatment Group B：After the fetal sac or fluff discharge oral Guizhi Fuling pill,3 times a day,every 12 g,medication to stop the bleeding. Control group： No oral Guizhi Fuling pill. Results Treatment group A,group B patients and the control group were massive bleeding 11,15 and 6,18. 3% each of the total number,25%,45%;bleeding time greater than 15 days in patients treated a and B treated group 3 and 5,respectively,5% and 8. 3% each of the total,while the control group of 15 people,accounting for 25% of the total. Between the treatment group and the control group A and group B treatment and control group,the difference between the amount of bleeding and bleeding time comparison was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Guizhi Fuling pill widely applied in traditional Chinese gynecological diseases,blood circulation,warm the meridians role. Vaginal bleeding after abortion treatment effect significant disease,it can shorten bleeding time,reduce the amount of bleeding effect.
