补肾化瘀祛痰方对多囊卵巢综合征患者血清睾酮水平的影响

Expectorant Huayu Bushen recipe on serum testosterone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,improvement of clinical symptoms and signs

目的研究补肾化瘀祛痰方对多囊卵巢综合征患者血清睾酮水平、临床症状及体征的改善作用。方法选取我院2014年1月—2016年1月入院接受治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者62例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各31例。对照组采取常规西药二甲双胍治疗,治疗组则在对照组的基础上加用补肾化瘀祛痰方联合治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后的疗效及激素释放情况。结果治疗组治疗后患者多毛、痤疮以及黑棘皮等不良症状的下降率,优于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后患者血清睾酮下降情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗显效率81.25%,优于对照组65.63%(P<0.05)。结论应用补肾化瘀祛痰方治疗多囊卵巢综合征,能够更好的改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床症状,降低患者血清睾酮水平,控制疾病进展。

Objective To study the expectorant Bushen Huayu Recipe on serum testosterone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,improvement of clinical symptoms and signs. Methods The 62 patients admitted in our hospital treated more than ovary syndrome from January 2014 to January 2016 period,the after randomization,into which the experimental and control groups were compared two groups of patients test analysis,which the control group of patients taking conventional medicine metformin administered treatment,Huayu Fang expectorant combination therapy on the basis of the control group. Comparative efficacy of the basic results of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. For patients before and after hair,acne and acanthosis nigricans psychosis data analysis,hormone release and observe the situation before and after the patients. Results The basic treatment outcomes between the two groups,the experimental group of patients with hirsutism,acne and acanthosis nigricans,etc. decreased rates of adverse symptoms than the control group of patients,the situation of their disease,the decline in patients with significant degree,P 〈0. 05,indicating a clear difference. The clinical condition of the patient serum testosterone after comparison,there are also significant differences,P 〈0. 05,indicating compliance with statistical significance. Treatment results among patients in the experimental group treatment markedly effective 26 cases（81. 25%） in the control group,21 cases（65. 63%）,the analysis,P 〈0. 05,significant difference showed. Conclusion During the clinical treatment of multiple ovarian syndrome,the application Bushen Huayu expectorant parties improve treatment,better able to improve the clinical symptoms of multiple ovarian syndrome,the symptoms and signs of impact patients can get the maximum limit for disease control,and improve the clinical signs of the growth of patients in the clinic.
