摘要
伴随着南海深水油气资源开采的发展,动态缆需求快速增加,其能够集成诸多功能服务于水下生产系统,同时在环境荷载作用下具备良好的顺应性,是海洋油气开采重要的连接设备之一。动态缆的螺旋形式结构复杂,其力学性能分析十分困难。针对海洋动态缆分析软件缺乏的现状,采用MATLAB开发了海洋动态缆截面设计和静态分析数值模拟软件NSCSU 1.0,并通过与专业分析软件OrcaFlex进行结果比较,验证了模拟软件的有效性。考虑到大变形特征,动态缆的静态平衡位形和整体力学响应的计算分析采用能解决几何非线性的细长柔性杆模型;结构刚度分析采用Knapp拉扭理论和Costello弯曲理论。该软件可以对动态缆布局的关键参数进行敏感性分析,计算精度满足工程应用需要;界面简单、操作灵活,可应用于动态缆初步设计阶段,为相关分析软件开发提供一定的借鉴。
With the development of South China Sea deep water oil and gas exploitation,umbilical cable,one of the important link system of offshore oil and gas exploitation,increases rapidly in demand,which can integrate kinds of functions in the service of subseaproduction system,as well as having good compliance to environmental load.It is very difficult that the calculation of mechanical properties of umbilical since its complex spiral structure.Due to the lack of professional analysis software for marine umbilical cable currently,Numeric Simulation Software of Umbilical on Cross-Section and Static Analysis(NSCSU 1.0)based on MATLAB is developed,also,the effectivity of the software are demonstrated by contracts with OrcaFlex.Considering large deformation,slender rods model,which can solve the issue of geometrical nonlinearity,is used to simulate the static equilibrium configuration and the whole mechanical response of umbilical;Knapp tension-torsion theory and Costello bending theory are adopted to calculate the stiffness of umbilical cable.The software is able to perform the sensitivity analysis of key layout parameters of umbilical cable,and the precision of which can meet the requirements of the engineering application.The interface of the software is concise and easy to operate,which can be employed in the preliminary design phase,and can provide some references to related analysis software.
