摘要
接触器的动静特性分析对于其优化设计非常重要。针对一种具有C型外磁轭的新型永磁接触器,首先分析其磁系统结构的优势和静态工作特性,随后通过对多体动力学软件Adams进行二次开发,建立其虚拟仿真模型,并对其动态特性进行仿真分析。实验证明仿真结果是正确的。所获得的研究结果可为该类接触器的优化设计提供参考。
It is important to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the contactors for the optimization design of them. Aimed at a kind of new permanent magnet contactor with C type outer yoke, firstly, the advantages of its magnetic system structure and static performance characteristics are analyzed. Then, the virtual simulation model is established based on the secondary development of multi-body dynamics software ADAMS, and the dynamic behaviors are simulated and analyzed. The experiment proves that the simulation result is correct. The research results obtained can provide reference for the optimization design of permanent magnet contactor with C type outer yoke.
