辨证分型治疗偏头痛随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察辨证分型治疗偏头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将96例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组48例氟桂利嗪,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组48例辨证分型治疗,肝阳-平肝潜阳熄风(天麻钩藤饮),血虚-养血滋阴,和络止痛(四物汤);痰浊-健脾燥湿,化痰降逆(半夏白术天麻汤),肾虚-养阴补肾,填精生髓(大补元煎),瘀血-活血化瘀,通窍止痛(通窍活血汤),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、头痛指数评分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈22例,显效12例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率96.32%;对照组治愈17例,显效9例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率75.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。头痛指数评分两组均有明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]辨证分型治疗偏头痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, headache index score, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [Result] The treatment group cure 22 cases, 12 cases had marked effect, 10 cases were effective, 4 had no effect, the total effective rate was 96.32%; Control group cure of 17 cases, 9 cases had marked effect, 10 eases were effective, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 75.00%; The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P^0.05）. Headache index score in the two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）, treatment group lower than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Treatment of migraine, curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
