摘要
目的:研究黄根Prismatomeris tetrandra(Roxb.)K.Schum的化学成分。方法:通过反复的硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从黄根的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离鉴定了7个化合物:东莨菪内酯(1)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(2)、去甲虎刺醛(3)、2-羟甲基-3-羟基-9,10-蒽醌(4)、甲基异茜草素(5)、甲基异茜草素-1-甲醚(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)。结论:化合物1-4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in anti-hepatic fibrosis extracts from root of Prismatomeris tetrandra(Roxb.) K. Schum. Methods: Compounds were isolated by chromatographic techniques on silica gel column. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral methods. Results: Seven compounds were identified: scopoletin(1),stigmast-4-en-3-one(2),nordamnacatal(3),2-hydoxymethyl-3-hydroxyan thraquione(4),rubiadin(5),rubadin-1-methyl ether(6),and daucosterol(7). Conclusion:Compounds 1 - 4 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
