中医体质辨识健康教育对慢性肝病住院患者焦虑程度和满意度的影响

Effects of health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） constitution ;identification on anxiety and satisfaction of inpatients with chronic liver diseases

目的：探讨中医体质辨识健康教育对慢性肝病住院患者焦虑和满意度的影响。方法将84例慢性肝病住院患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各42例，对照组进行常规健康教育，观察组在此基础上进行中医体质辨识，再根据体质进行个体化健康教育，应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（ HAMA）、护理满意度调查表比较两组患者焦虑评分和护理满意度。结果观察组患者在出院前对护理的满意度为97．62％，对照组为73．81％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2＝6．17，P〈0．05）。出院前观察组患者HAMA评分（5．17±1．89），低于对照组的（8．36±2．01）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t＝7.49，P〈0．05）。结论针对患者的不同体质进行健康教育可以提高住院患者满意度，改善患者焦虑程度不良情绪，值得在传染病房推广和应用。

Objective To explore the influence of health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） constitution identification on anxiety and satisfaction of inpatients with chronic liver diseases .Methods A total of 84 inpatients with chronic liver diseases were randomly divided into observation group and control group , each of 42 cases.The patients of control group were given routine health education , and the TCM constitution identification was used for the patients of observation group . Individualized health education were carried out after evaluating patients , TCM constitution type .The anxiety scores of the two groups before and after intervention were compared by using Hamilton anxiety scale （ HAMA ） .The satisfaction of patients in the two groups were taken by questionnaire investigation . Results The score of satisfaction in the observation group was 97.62%while it was 73.81%in the control group （χ^2 =6.17,P〈0.05）.On the day before discharge , HAMA scores in the observation group was （5.17 ±1.89） lower than （8.36 ±2.01） in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Health education for TCM constitution identification according to different constitution of the inpatient with chronic liver diseases can improve the satisfaction of inpatients , reduce the degree of anxiety .It is worth of promoting and applying in infectious department .
