摘要
《考古图》和《重修宣和博古图》奠定了青铜器纹饰研究的基础,开创了诸多有价值的研究方向,并在纹饰定名、按纹饰对青铜器命名及分类、纹饰意义分析、依据纹饰断代、创立"标准器断代法"雏形、探索纹饰与器物功能的关系、探索纹饰的组合意义以及分析纹饰铸造工艺等方面,切实推进了青铜器纹饰研究的发展。
The two monographs on epigraphy Epigraphy and Epigraphy in the Xuanhe Period in the Reign of Huizong in Northern Song Dynasty laid solid foundation for ornamentation on bronze vessels and blazed new trails in research in this field. Denomination and interpretation of ornamentation, classification of bronze vessels and the specification of dynasties in accordance with ornamentation are discussed in these monographs. Besides, the relationship between ornamentation and the utility of vessels, the significance of ornamentation combination as well as their foundry techniques are also covered.
