中药材复合涂膜保鲜剂对灵台牛心杏贮藏品质的影响

摘要 用5种中药材的乙醇提取液与基质液配伍成涂膜保鲜剂,在温度为-1℃-0℃、相对湿度为80%-90%的条件下贮藏牛心杏,研究其贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:连翘、川芎、丁香的乙醇提取液的保鲜效果最好,优于1-MCP处理组(对照);而大黄、山苍子处理与1-MCP无明显差异。中药材提取液涂膜处理牛心杏后,可延缓牛心杏果实的衰老和品质的劣变,大大减少牛心杏果实的失重率、腐烂率;减缓果实可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、VC含量的下降速度;对牛心杏相对电导率、PPO的活性的有较强的抑制作用;可推迟牛心杏果实CAT、SOD酶峰值时间,有效清除牛心杏果实衰老自由基,明显延长其贮藏期。 Five Chinese herbs ethanol extracts combined coating was tested on the quality of beef-heart shaped apricot storage at 1 ℃ - 0℃, relative humidity 80% - 80%. The results showed that the ethanol extracts of forsythia, chuanxiong and clove combination had the best preservation effect and better than 1 - MCP treatment group ; Rhubarb, Litsea Cubeba extracts had no obvious difference to 1 - MCP (control) treatment group. Chinese herbal extract coating can delay aging and deterioration of apricot fruit, greatly reduce the weightlessness rate and rotting rate. It can also slow down the fruit soluble solids content, titratable acid content, VC loss rate. It has strong inhibiting effect on relative conductivity and the activity of PPO. It can delay CAT and SOD peak time, effectively remove fruit aging and free radicals. Therefore, it significantly extends the storage time.
