Application and Practice of Testing Techniques in Green Retrofitting for Existing Buildings

检测技术在既有建筑绿色化改造工作的前期策划以及后期评估过程中有着至关重要的作用,检测数据是制定改造技术路线以及对改造效果进行评估的重要依据。论文总结了既有建筑绿色化改造过程中涉及到的检测内容,并通过具体的改造项目案例进一步地进行了阐释说明。

Testing techniques played an important role in preliminary planning and post-assessment of green retrofitting for existing buildings, the data of testing was the important basis of making technical route and evaluating the effect of retrofitting. This paper mainly summarized the contents of testing in the process of green retrofitting for existing buildings, and described it based on the actual cases which have been done by our research group.
