摘要
受振捣不密实、跑模等因素影响,混凝土构件出现缺陷的情况较多。针对混凝土缺陷引起的结构物承载能力和耐久性下降的问题,结合工程实例,对一组浇筑时产生漏浆的钢筋混凝土柱和一钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋的密实度进行超声法检测,对漏浆范围内混凝土缺陷进行了判定,并提出处理建议。对进行修复的钢筋混凝土构件重新进行密实性和匀质性检测,确定其混凝土质量和黏结面质量情况。检测结果表明,用超声波无损检测技术检测混凝土不密实区和空洞等缺陷是较为可靠的手段。
There were many defects in the concrete component, because of the influence of the vibration and non compaction, running mode and so on. Ultrasonic method was used to detect the concrete column and concrete filled steel tube which was produced in pouring, the defects of the concrete in the scope of the leakage were determined, and some suggestions were put forward. The repaired reinforced concrete members were compacted and homoaeneous to determine the quality of the concrete and the quality of the adhesive surface. The test results showed that it was a reliable method to detect the defects such as the non dense the cavity of the concrete by ultrasonic nondestructive testing
