摘要
简要介绍滑差电机基本结构,对其工作原理进行了详细的分析,并结合橡塑行业的特点和实例重点分析了滑差电机故障处理的具体方法。
The frame is the base of the assembly of all the parts of the machine, and it is the main stress parts of the curing machine. The strength and rigidity of the frame affect not only the service life of the curing machine, but also precision of mold clamping. In this paper, the ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to carry out the static analysis of the frame. Based on the results of finite element analysis, this paper puts forward 4 kinds of structural improvement solutions, and analyzes respectively to obtain a better one. In the case of meeting the requirements of the project, 8.7% of the steel can be saved.
