等速万向节防尘罩失效分析与结构优化 被引量:1

摘要 某等速万向节在使用过程中发生了防尘罩破损漏油。通过Abaqus和试验模拟的方法对防尘罩进行了失效分析,查找了失效原因。分析发现在装车过程中,等速万向节摆动到极限位置的时候,防尘罩波谷受到壳体和轴杆的挤压,从而导致破损。根据失效情况,对防尘罩进行了结构优化,并对优化后结构进行了有限元模拟和试验验证,试验结果显示,优化后结构可避免防尘罩因挤压而导致破损。
