当代台湾劳工阶层社会经济现状问题分析

广义来看当代台湾劳工阶层已经成为台湾社会最为庞大的群体,对于台湾社会的政治、经济以及文化等各个领域都发挥着重要的影响作用。随着台湾劳工阶层的膨胀,劳工生存所面临的的社会经济环境也愈加严峻,换言之劳工问题尤其是劳工的社会经济问题日益突出。当代台湾劳工阶层所面临的社会经济压力已经成为台湾社会问题的重要内容,主要体现在失业、受薪停滞、长工时以及社会保障等方面。究其原由,整体来看主要是受到台湾经济长期低迷以及台湾产业结构调整的影响,另外也不能忽视政治因素的作用。从当前态势来看,未来台湾劳工阶层的社会经济状况将会有所提高与改善,但仍难免处于相对落后贫困的社会经济地位,台湾劳工阶层作为社会弱势群体的现状得不到根本性改善。从马克思主义政治经济学的角度来看,资本主义生产关系下的台湾劳工阶层只能长期充当官僚资本、国际资本以及私人资本的附庸。

Generally speaking contemporary Taiwan＇s labor class has become Taiwan＇s most massive groups,and plays an important role for Taiwan society＇s political, economic, and cultural and other fields. With the expansion of Taiwan＇s labor, the socio-economic environment labor survival facing has become more severe, in other words labor problems, especially socio-economic problems increasingly prominent. Social and economic pressures faced by the labor class in Taiwan has become an important part of Taiwan＇s social problems,mainly reflected in unemployment, wage stagnation, long working hours and social security Investigating its reason, as a whole it was mainly due to Taiwan＇s long-term economic downturn and the impact of Taiwan＇s industrial structure adjustment, also can not ignore the role of political factors.Based on the current trends, the future of socio-economic conditions of Taiwan＇s labor class will be increased and improved, but is still in a relatively backward and poor socio-economic status inevitably, the current situation that the labor class is social vulnerable groups can not fundamentally improved.From the perspective of Marxist Political Economics,Taiwan＇s labor class under the capitalist production relations can only act as a dependency of bureaucratic capital, international capital and private capital for a long time.
