基于多重分形谱的粗糙模拟表面分析 被引量:2

摘要 表面形貌对表面接触性能、摩擦磨损状态等有重要影响,对粗糙表面形态进行定量描述是表面形貌研究的难点,本文利用Matlab对粗糙表面形貌进行了模拟,并对其进行分析。结果显示多重分形谱能够很好的描述复杂表面形貌,其谱线能够表征波峰、波谷的分布,可用于分析超精密表面。 The surface morphology of the rough surface has a significant impact on the surface contact property and friction wear state.However, a quantitative describing of the rough surface morphology has been one of difficult parts on the surface morphology study of the rough surface. In this paper, the surface morphology of the rough surface is simulated and analysed using Matlab software. The results show that the multi-fractal spectrum gives a good description of the complex surface morphology of which the distribution of the spectral peaks and troughs can be characterized and is applicable to the analysis of the ultra-precision surface.
