摘要
超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)具有重要的生物活性,是近年来化妆品领域研究的热点之一。文章简要阐述了SOD的理化性质,作用机理以及抗氧化作用,重点综述了SOD在化妆品中应用的研究进展,并对SOD的发展前景进行了展望。
SOD is an important biological activity, and is one of the hot researches in the field of cosmetics in recent years. The paper briefly introduces the physicochemical properties of SOD, and the mechanism of action and antioxidation, highlights the research progress on the application of SOD in cosmetics, ,and explores the future development of SOD.
