为提高自然灾害的抢险救灾能力,就有必要建立一个响应速度快、传输能效高的应急通信系统。应急广播以其覆盖范围广、响应快、便于安装、抗毁性能好等优势确立其在应急通信系统中的地位。文章简单阐述了应急广播体系,探讨了当前应急广播在自然灾害中的发展。

In order to improve the natural disaster emergency rescue and disaster relief, it is necessary to establish a fast response speed, high transmission efficiency of emergency communication system. With its wide coverage, fast response, easy installation, resisting performance and other advantages, emergency broadcasting establishes its position in the emergency communication system. This paper briefly discusses the emergency broadcast system, discussing the development of natural disasters in the current emergency broadcast.
