摘要 随着近几年来我国科技的不断进步和综合国力的日益增强,人们的生活水平不断提升,同时,各行各业对质量的要求也更为严格。对于供电企业来说,这又是一种新的挑战。面对这种形势,必须立足当下,提出一些有用的措施。众所周知,在供电企业中,电力营销扮演着十分重要的角色,甚至可以说是企业管理的核心问题,因此必须高度重视电力营销的服务质量问题,既能为用户提供方便快捷的电力服务,又能树立良好的企业形象,使电力企业可以得到持续的发展和长久的经济效益。 With the continuous progress of science and technology in recent years and the growing strength of comprehensive national strength, people' s living standards have been improving, at the same time, requirements of all walks of life to the quality are more stringent. For power supply enterprises, this is a new challenge, facing with this situation, we must make some useful measures basing on the present. As everyone knows, in the power supply enterprise, electric power marketing plays a very important role, which even is the core of the enterprise management, so we must pay attention to the service quality problems of power marketing, which can not only provide convenient services for users, but establish a good corporate image, so that the power enterprises get sustained development and long-term economic benefits.
