摘要
血红素加氧酶(heme oxygenase,HO)是哺乳动物中血红素代谢的限速酶,HO-1是 HO同功酶之一,主要分布在肝、脾、肺等多种脏器,具有调节和保护功能。作者拟从人体HO-1蛋白的晶体结构、HO-1的功能和HO-1表达的诱导因素,以及HO-1基因的表达与调控等研究进展做一综述。
Heine oxygenase (HO) is the key enzyme in heme catabolism in mammalian cells. HO-1 is one kind of heme oxygenase isoforms, which is mainly found in liver, spleen and lung, and has the functions of regulation and protection. Present paper reviewed the structure of human HO-1 (hHO-1), the functions of hHO-1 and HO-1 inducing factors, the expression and regulation of hHO-1 gene.
