On the Main Factors of Influencing Secondary Vocational Education Quality and Its Guarantee Mechanism

中等职业教育是现代职业教育体系的基础,也是国民教育体系的重要组成部分。运用D EM A TEL分析法,调查和分析中职教育质量各影响因素的影响度、被影响度、中心度和原因度等综合影响指数值,确定影响中职教育质量的原因因素、结果因素,并针对影响中职教育教育质量的主要因素,提出定位中职教育质量目标、持续加大中职教育投入力度、优化中职生源与师资素质、积极推进中职课程改革、全面推进质量文化建设、突出学生职业能力培养等保障策略。

Secondary vocational education, an important part of national education system, is the foundation of modern vocational education system. Using the Dematel Method, main factors th at influence the quality of secondary vocational education are analyzed. The influencing degree, degree of being influenced, causing factors, impacting factors and centrality degree of each are studied. Comprehensive influencing factors that affect the quality of secondary vocational education are determined. Finally, the influencing factors, guarantee mechanism and operation strategy of the quality of secondary vocational education are proposed.
