高等职业教育校企联合体模式的探索与实践

从企业引入、资源共享、经费管理、教学模式改革等方面对高职人才培养的校企联合体模式进行探讨。并以珠海城市职业技术学院电气自动化专业为例对高职院校人才培养手段、推进校企深度合作等方面进行了探索,实践证明,校企联合体模式提高了高职院校人才培养的针对性和实效性,在提升学校人才培养质量、提升教师专业水平和提高企业参与力度三个方面实现了互利共赢。
