摘要
本文采用大数据方法对幼儿园教师的师德现状进行调查。结果发现,对幼儿园师德的关注度越来越高;师德问题存在城乡、地区、教龄和园所性质差异;优秀师德行为和失范行为具有各自的表现方式。建议重视师德培训,建立师德评价和激励机制,加强对民办幼儿园的管理和支持,以全面提高幼儿园教师的师德水平。
Using big data, the author investigated kindergarten teachers' morality. The results show that more and more attention is paid to teachers' morality; there exist some regional difference, urban and rural difference, age difference and kindergarten ownership difference; and moral behavior and anomie behavior have their own features. It is suggested that teachers' morality should be paid sufficient attention, ethics evaluation and incentives mechanism should be established, the administration and support for private kindergarten should be strengthened.
