庞德湘教授气血津液辨证之胃癌化疗应用初探

Application by Professor Pang Dexiang of Qi-blood and Body Fluid Differentiation in Gastric Tumor Patients with Chemotherapy

[目的]总结庞德湘教授运用气血津液辨证论治中晚期胃癌化疗患者的临床经验。[方法]收集、整理庞德湘教授关于气血津液辨证于中晚期胃癌接受化疗患者应用的学术论点及其在临床应用中的经典案例,运用中医理论,加以归纳分析,总结出庞德湘教授运用气血津液辨证论治胃癌化疗患者的临证经验。[结果]庞德湘教授对中晚期胃癌接受化疗患者进行辨证论治时,从气血津液角度出发,认为胃癌化疗患者多以气血津液亏虚及津液代谢紊乱为主要表现,并且十分注重对先后天之本的维护,临证以益气、养血、生津、温阳等为主要治疗方法,在改善患者的一般状况、减轻化疗的毒副作用等方面疗效确切。[结论]庞德湘教授从气血津液辨证角度出发,分析中晚期胃癌接受化疗患者的病因病机,并从气血津液角度辨证施治地进行干预,见解独到,疗效突出,在临床工作中有一定的借鉴意义。

[Objective] To summarize the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Prof.Pang Dexiang, from the perspective of Qi-blood and body fluid,on gastric carcinoma patients with chemotherapy. [Method] The paper summarized the main points of Prof. Pang Dexiang＇s clinical ecperiences with collecting and collating what he said and the medical records in outpatient service. [Result]Prof.Pang Dexiang holds that deficiency and metabolism disorder of Qi-blood and body fluid are main manifestations in gastric carcinoma patients with chemotherapy. [Conclusion]Professor Pang Dexiang applicates the theory of Qi-blood and body fluid in gastric tumor patients with chemotherapy, which is instructive for later physicians.
