人工颈椎间盘置换术并发症的研究进展

Research progress on complications of cervical disc arthroplasty

近年来,人工颈椎间盘置换术(cervical disc arthroplasty,CDA)已得到广泛应用。随着CDA患者的增多及随访时间的延长,CDA术后并发症的报道也随之增多。CDA的术后并发症可以分为手术入路导致的并发症、减压导致的并发症和假体相关并发症。三者中与假体相关的并发症是CDA所特有的并发症,包括假体松动及移位、假体下沉、异位骨化与自发融合、置换节段后突畸形、节段活动度丧失。临床医师应加深对这些并发症的认识,手术时应小心仔细,以预防并发症的发生。

Cervical disc arthroplasty（CDA） has been used widely in these years.With increasing patients and longer follow-up,more complications have been reported.Major complications of CDA results from operative approach,decompression and prosthesis.Among these,the complications related to the prosthesis are characteristic of CDA,including prosthesis loosening and migration,subsidence,heterotopic ossification,kyphotic,losing of the physiological motion function.Clinicians should know these complications deeply and be careful in surgery.
