欧亚经济联盟是俄罗斯主导的区域经济一体化组织。自2015年1月1日正式运行以来,组织架构明朗,扩员迅速。与欧盟建立合作关系以求共赢,是俄罗斯、欧亚经济联盟与外部经济组织对接中最主要的目标,与此同时,其也有意愿成为联系欧洲和亚太的纽带和桥梁,实现"一带一盟"战略对接。欧亚经济联盟的建立有利于区域生产要素的自由流通,促进成员国经济增长。未来,欧亚地区的区域合作仍然需要俄罗斯主导,而俄罗斯也仍将极力推动欧亚经济联盟的发展。美国、欧盟、北约等国家和组织对独联体地区的深度介入也将使欧亚经济联盟的外部环境更加复杂。

Eurasian Economic Union is a Russia-dominated regional economic integration organization. Since its official operation on January 1, 2015, its organization structure has been clear and it has expanded its memberships swiftly. It has been the foremost target to establish cooperation relation with European Union and seek a winwin situation for the connections of Russia and Eurasian Economic Union with external economic organizations. Meanwhile, it has the intention to become a bond and bridge that link Europe and Asia-Pacific and realize the strategic connection of ＂One Belt, One Union＂. The establishment of Eurasian Economic Union is favorable for the free flow of regional production factors, and the promotion of economic growth of the member countries. In the future, Eurasian regional cooperation still needs Russia＇s dominance, while Russia will also advance the development of Eurasian Economic Union with great efforts. The in-depth intervention of the countries and organizations like the United States, European Union, NATO, etc in the Commonwealth of the Independent States will make the external environment of Eurasian Economic Union more complicated.
