软包装钛酸锂电池放电过程热行为研究 被引量:3

摘要 以软包装钛酸锂电池为研究对象,基于数值传热学,采用有限元技术,模拟计算软包装钛酸锂单体电池表面温度变化情况,并通过实验验证了此模拟计算方法在预测单体电池放电过程中热行为的可行性。在此基础上,分析软包装钛酸锂电池在恒流放电过程中不同放电倍率、不同外界换热条件下热行为的变化规律。该研究结果为软包装钛酸锂电池成组集成热设计提供了参考依据。 The flexible lithium titanate battery was taken as the research subject. Based on numerical heat transfer, the temperature field of the flexible lithium titanate battery was simulated with the finite technology. The simulation's veracity for predicting thermal behavior of cell at discharge was verified by experiment. On this base, the variation of thermal behavior of the battery at various discharge rates and various heat transfer conditions was studied. The results can provide references for the flexible lithium titanate battery pack.
