摘要
针对高压控制系统中大功率电力电子器件不同驱动电路存在的问题,提出了一种全新的大功率高压电力电子器件多路驱动器设计方案,包括工作原理、硬件结构和控制方案。利用单端反激电路产生脉冲大电流,多个高频电流互感器传递脉冲电流,实现隔离高压和高压驱动电路之间的隔离,成功地解决了低成本隔离问题及驱动电路可靠性问题。试验结果表明,该方案能安全可靠地控制串并联大功率电力电子器件的导通和关断。
The problems of power electronic devices driving circuits were analyzed in high voltage system. A new method to high voltage power electronic devices multiplex driver was proposed, including working principle, hardware structure and control scheme. Single-end flyback circuit which produced big pulse current and multiple HF current transformers were used to transfer pulse current, the insulating of the high voltage and the isolating between high voltage driving circuits were achieved. The problem of low cost insulation and the reliable of driving circuit were solved preferably. Experiments show that the method can contain turn on and off of series parallel power electronic devices more safety and reliability.
