摘要 络合铁液相氧化脱硫技术是一种硫磺回收新工艺,具有硫回收率高、排放尾气中硫元素含量低的优点。通过分析该脱硫技术的特点以及硫磺回收装置加氢还原吸收净化尾气的组成,对该脱硫技术降低硫磺回收装置SO_2排放的可行性进行了探索与研究,认为完全能够适应尾气达标排放要求。 Chelated iron liquid phase oxidation desulphurization technology is a new sulphur recovery technology, which has the advantages of high sulphur recovery efficiency and low sulphur content in exhaust gas. Feasibility study of application of the new to re- duce sulphur dioxide emission from sulphur recovery unit was investigated and explored. The characteristics of the technology was ana- lyzed and the composition of the exhaust gas from the sulphur recovery unit by hydrogenation reduction treatment was monitored. The re- sults showed that the technology met the requirement and regulation for exhaust gas emission.
