摘要
影响硫磺回收装置烟气SO_2排放超标的主要因素是引入吸收塔后净化气及液硫脱气废气。选择LS-De GAS降低硫磺回收装置烟气SO_2排放成套技术对20 kt/a硫磺装置进行改造,采取更换高效有机硫水解催化剂、合理处理液硫脱气废气、增加净化塔等措施。改造后正常工况下烟气SO_2排放质量浓度低于60 mg/m^3,满足GB 31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》要求。
After the introduction of an absorption tower, the purification gas and liquid sulphur degassing waste gas were the main factors to determine whether SO2released from the sulphur recovery unit flue gas exceeded the emission standard. The LS-DeGAS tech- nology was applied to reduce SO2 emission in the flue gas and the 20 kt/a sulphur recovery unit was loaded with high efficient organic sulphur hydrolysis catalysts in substitute, which could provide reasonable treatment of liquid sulphur degassing exhaust gas. A purifica- tion tower was also added into the recovery unit. After the changes, SO2 concentration in the flue gas was lower than 60 mg/m3 under normal working conditions, which met the specification of "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry ( GB 31570-2015) ".
