摘要
依据中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司3套硫磺回收装置现状以及即将实施的尾气提标改造方案,分析装置停工存在的问题,探讨可以实现清洁停工的方法。介绍了硫磺回收装置焚烧炉前碱洗法、吹扫气还原法、准确配风法、克劳斯及加氢同步吹扫法等4种清洁停工方法。分析了这4种方法的优缺点,指出吹扫气还原法及同步吹扫法为比较可行的清洁停工方法。
Based on the current conditions of the three sulphur recovery units in SINOPEC Jinling Petroleum and Chemical Com- pany and the new emission standards, the issues for the recovery units during shutdown were diagnosed, and the cleaning methods dur- ing shutdown was discussed. Four cleaning methods were introduced, such as sulphur recovery unit incinerator caustic wash method, purge gas reduction method, accurate air distribution method, Claus and hydrogenation synchronous purging method. The pros and cons of the four methods were analyzed. It is suggested that the purge gas reduction method and the synchronous purge method are feasible cleaning method during the shutdown for the sulphur recovery units.
