介绍了以孟莫克为代表的烷基化废酸干法再生工艺和以托普索为代表的湿法再生工艺流程特点。2种工艺各有优缺点,干法制酸工艺设备相对简单,设备造价相对较低;湿法制酸工艺减少了设备,但催化剂价格昂贵,能耗高,操作要求高,转化率低。

The characteristics of the dry regeneration process of alkylation spent acid represented by MECS method and the wet re- generation process represented by Topsoe are reviewed. The two processes have their own advantages and disadvantages. For the dry acid process, the equipment is relatively simple and the cost is low; while the wet acid process requires fewer devices, but the cost for catalysts is expensive, energy consumption is high, operation requirement is highly advanced, and the conversion rate is low.
