摘要
从系统构成角度研究了基于虚拟专用网(VPN)技术的远程工业数据采集系统的解决方案,主要研究以下几个问题:(1)研究提出了远程工业数据采集系统的总体结构方案,并分析了其特点、任务和要求及所需软件、硬件的构成.(2)在分析VPN网络组建的关键技术IPSec VPN的基础上,利用SINFOR M5X00-Q系列产品在Windows环境下成功组建远程局域网,为数据采集系统的数据传输建立了安全通道.(3)在已建好的VPN网络环境下分析了采用OPC技术进行数据采集的特点及可行性,并利用OPC客户端进行数据采集.
The paper studies the solution of the remote industrial data acquisition system based on VPN technology from perspective of system structure. The authors put forward the overall structure scheme of the remote industrial data acquisition system, and analyzed its characteristics, tasks and requirements, as well as the composition of the required software and hardware. On the basis of analyzing the Key Technol- ogy of VPN network, IPSec VPN is used to set up the remote area network, which is based on SINFOR MSX00-Q series products, and the secure channel is established for data acquisition system. With VPN network environment, the characteristic and feasibility of data acquisition system using OPC technology are analyzed, and the data acquisition is performed with an OPC client.
