包装机真空盖结构优化与有限元分析

摘要 针对真空包装机结构工作中易出现裂纹和变形问题,对真空盖进行了改进,采用新型加强筋结构.对改进前后的应力和变形进行了系统分析,结果表明:改进后的结构最大应力值在基本不改变数值的情况下转移到了非重要部位,而原有对角线最大应力范围从原来的100~200MPa减小至50~110MPa,同时结构的变形大大减少,提高了产品精度和质量.相应分析结果进一步在生产中得到了验证. Aimed at solving the problem of crack and deformation in the vacuum packaging machine, a no- vel reinforced rib structure was proposed. The stress and deformation of before and after the adoption of the proposed structure was analyzed. The results show that the maximum stress value of the proposed structure does not change but shifts to the non-critical position. The maximum stress at the diagonal position decreases from 100--200 MPa to 50--110 MPa, and the deformation is also greatly decreased, which improve the quality and accuracy of the product. The analysis result is further verified in practical production.
