摘要
结合广东省沿海港口船舶油污水接收处置能力建设及运营管理现状及特点，分析当前我国沿海港口船舶油污水接收处置存在的共性问题，研究提出港口船舶油污水防治的对策建议。
With the present situation of construction, operation and management mode of reception and disposal of oily water from ships in coastal port of Guangdong province were described; the present problems of reception and disposal for oily water from ships in coastal port of China were discussed. Some appropriate countermeasures were proposed.
