摘要 为了提高燃气轮机系统的能量利用率,采用能量梯级利用原则,建立起利用动力机械烟气高温余热的蒸汽发生系统的基本设计准则,并采用该准则基于某型燃气轮机设计了一套蒸汽发生系统,构建该燃气轮机的化学回热系统。在此基础上,建立了计算该蒸汽发生系统的热力性能的数学模型,编制其热力性能计算程序。设计点稳态计算结果显示所生产的蒸汽和废气的温度和流量误差都在0.4%以内,满足工程计算需求。 The design principle of the heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) absorbing the waste heat of gas turbine was analyzed based on the principle of energy cascade utilization. A HRSG to construct the chemically recuperated gas turbine (CRGT) was proposed based on a certain gas turbine. The parameters of design working condition were set and thermodynamic designs of the components of the HRSG were performed. The calculation models of the HRSG were built to calculate the perform- ance parameters at design point. The maximal error of the parameters of the output steam and gas was 0.4%, showing that the calculation had high accuracy.
