基于LabVIEW的柴油机引擎控制器检测系统

摘要 基于虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW建立了柴油机引擎控制器的检测系统。通过生成传感激励信号,采集引擎控制器控制输出,模拟柴油机工作过程,建立串口通信等技术方法,实现了引擎控制器控制、监测、报警保护、显示,以及参数设置等各项功能的检测,特别是故障条件下的检验和测试。 A diesel engine controller testing system was developed based on LabVIEW. By means of generating sensing excitation signals, acquiring engine controller outputs, simulating working process of diesel engine and setting up serial communication, the function test of engine controller for controlling, monitoring, alarm protecting, displaying and parameter setting was realized, especially in fault conditions.
