摘要
渤海油田P36井侧钻前产液量极低,基本处于无产出状态,为充分利用该井井槽,提高平台总体产量,在该井槽布置一口调整井,根据轨迹设计需实施浅层开窗侧钻。该井设计开窗位置为500m,套管外无水泥封固,且初始井斜达到25.67°及全角变化率3.3°/30m左右,易造成提前出窗,窗口过小,套管毛刺多,起下钻遇阻等复杂情况。通过分析此位置开窗侧钻难点,优选开窗侧钻技术方案及应对措施,优化设计开窗参数,细化钻导眼及修窗作业方案等方法,形成一套针对套管外无水泥封固的开窗侧钻技术措施。
There was little output liquid at Bohai P36 well before window sidetracking. In order to take advantage of this well slot and increase yield, an adjustment well was arranged at this slot. According to the track design, the window sidetracking position is 500 m, with no cement sealing outside. In the situation where the initial well deviation reaches 25.67° and rate of o- ver-all angle change reaches 3.3°/30 m, complex circumstances were more likely to occur. After analyzing the difficulties of this position, this paper made optimization on window sidetracking program and solution. Pilot hole-drilling and repairing job design were specially detailing. The technical measures of window sidetracking aiming at no cement sealing were designed to make sure the window sidetracking job smoothly. Further practical researches on no cement sealing and window sidetracking at severe local dog leg well section were conducted in this paper.
