摘要
旋转导向工具自20世纪90年代投入应用以来,已经有了很大的发展。渤海油田近年来也逐渐增大了旋转导向工具的使用量,旋转导向以它在旋转定向、改善井眼净化程度、提高机械钻速、降低压差卡钻风险等诸多方面有着导向马达工具无可比拟的优势。随着更多的参与旋转导向工具作业,作为作业参与者逐渐对它的一些工作特性有了深入的了解。以Schlumberger(斯伦贝谢)公司的PowerDrive系列旋转导向工具中X5和Xceed为例,从工具的工作原理人手,分析了这两类旋转导向工具使用中一些影响其造斜率的因素。
The rotary steering tool has been a great development since 1990g. In recent years, the use of rotary steering tool has been gradually increased in Bohai oilfield. The rotary steering system is advanced than the steerable motor tools in many as- pects, such as improving the rotation direction, the wellbore purification degree, the mechanical drilling speed, reducing risk of differential pressure sticking and so on. Starting from the working principle of rotary steering system, the capability of angle building was analyzed for the common used rotary steering system, such as Power Drive X5 and Xceed produced by Schlumberger Company.
