船舶与海洋工程应用型创新人才培养模式的研究与探索

On Cultivation Mode of Practical Talents in Specialty of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering

通过对国内船舶与海洋工程专业人才培养现状的调研，并结合中国海洋大学船舶与海洋工程专业的发展特点和优势，分别从专业发展定位、师资队伍建设和实践教学完善等方面，对船舶与海洋工程专业应用型创新人才的培养模式进行了思考与探索。

The current situation of talent cultivation for naval architecture and ocean engineering in China was investigated. In light of development features and advantages of the specialty of naval architecture and ocean engineering in Ocean University of China, the practical talent cultivation mode of excellent engineers in our university was studied from aspects of positioning of specialty development, construction of teacherg team and improving the practical training system.
