锦州大型地下水封洞库的控制系统设计 被引量:2

Design of automatic control system for Jinzhou large-scale underground oil storage cavern with water curtain

摘要 目前,国内缺乏大型地下水封洞库相关工程设计经验,基于国外类似工程工艺自动化方面的设计经验,从水封洞库的储运工艺出发,设计了锦州大型地下水封洞库自动化控制系统。该系统包括过程控制系统、安全仪表系统、地下水位监测系统、水幕监测系统、微震监测系统、液位计量监测系统。锦州大型地下水封洞库的过程控制系统和安全仪表系统是利用PLC等硬件和Epipeview组态软件开发的,实现了锦州大型地下水封洞库的原油进库、原油外输等生产运行的自动化,并可以实时监测洞库地上和地下设备设施的运行参数。该控制系统保障了库区安全、平稳、可靠运行,同时为中国今后大型地下水封洞库的自动化设计积累了经验。 In China, the related engineering design experience for large-scale underground storage caverns with water curtain is currently deficient. In this paper, based on the experience of automation design for similar projects abroad, the automatic control system for Jinzhou large-scale underground oil storage cavern with water curtain was designed according to the storage and transportation process of underground storage cavern with water curtain. It mainly consists of process control system, safety instrument system, underground water level monitoring system, water curtain monitoring system, microseismic monitoring system and liquid level metering & detection system. Meanwhile the process control system and the safety instrument system for Jinzhou large-scale underground oil storage cavern with water curtain were developed by using hardwares (e.g. PLC) and the configuration soitware Epipeview. In this way, the operation of Jinzhou large-scale underground oil storage cavern with water curtain is automated, such as crude oil input and output, and its operation parameters of surface and underground equipments are monitored in real time. By virtue of this automatic control system, the storage cavern can be operated safely, smoothly and reliably. The design of this automatic control system also accumulates the experience of domestic automation design for large-scale storage caverns with water curtain in the future. (2 Figures, 10 References)
