摘要
教育具有投资品和消费品的双重属性,因而对于接受教育的个体而言,他们既能获得个人投资性收益,也能获得个人消费性收益。在总结国内外有关研究成果的基础上,界定大学生求学收益和求学收益最大化等核心概念;在假设大学生是理性经济人的前提下,阐释大学生求学的经济行为,探索实现求学收益最大化的可行路径。最后针对大学生自身提出具体建议:第一,找准角色定位,努力做一名"学业达人",力争实现教育个人消费性收益最大化,并为未来实现教育个人投资性收益最大化做好准备;第二,主动开发和利用求学期间的各种资源,积极践行"四本"说,形成"高人力资本,高社会关系资本,高文化资本,低教育个人成本——大学生核心竞争力——大学生求学收益"的良性运行系统。对于走出"读书无用"误区,迎接真正意义上的"读书有用"、"知识改变命运"时代具有重要意义。
By summarizing the research results at home and abroad,this paper defined the core concepts about returns of college students' study and college students' study maximum returns. This paper also expounded the economic behavior of college students in their school years under the assumption of college students as economically rational individuals,then explored a realization path of college students' study maximum returns.Therefore,some specific suggestions were put forward for college students individuals. First,college students are supposed to accurate positioning role,try to be "an Academic Master",striving to achieve maximum benefits of personal consumer in education,and make prepare for obtaining returns of personal investment in the future.Second,college students need to exploit and utilize all kinds of resources on their own initiative,during which it can form benign operation system —— "high human capital,high social relationship capital,high cultural capital,and low private costs of education → college students' core competitiveness → returns of college students study".
