Rational Reflection on Credit System Reform in Chinese Universities

摘要 学分制改革通过有效的资源协调保证人才培养质量,是高等教育大众化下缓解教学资源供需矛盾的必然选择,对完善大学治理结构具有重要意义。目前我国学分制改革在引入市场竞争机制、保障弹性管理和鼓励创新学习等方面进行了有益尝试,但囿于社会调节机制不到位、高校办学自主权难以保障及教学资源短缺等内外变革环境的制约,一定程度上影响了我国高校学分制改革的整体进程,内外部制约因素需要引起重视。 Credit reform can ensure the quality of talent development through effective coordination of resources,which is an inevitable choice to ease the conflicts between the supply and demand of teaching resources with the popularization of higher education. It is also meaningful for completing the university governance. We have made some progress in some aspects though,like introducing market competition mechanism,ensuring management flexibility and encouraging innovation learning. However,the overall advancement of the process of the credit reform is slow because of the lack of social regulatory mechanisms,university autonomy and teaching resources.
