国内城市地价时空演变研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF URBAN LAND PRICE SPATIAL-TEMPORAL EVOLUTION IN CHINA

城市地价时空演变的研究是城市地理学、城市经济学、土地经济学、经济地理学等众多学科重要的研究课题。通过系统梳理国内城市地价时空演变相关文献,在4个方面进行综述,包括城市地价时空演变特征、影响因素、动力机制、主要研究方法的探讨。在总结上述相关研究成果基础上,从研究内容、研究方法、研究尺度、研究维度等方面进行述评,最后对研究趋势和研究任务进行展望。未来,中国城市地价时空演变研究应结合国情,加强理论构建与典型案例实证研究,创新研究方法,推动多尺度下的城市地价时空演变应用与研究深入发展。

The research on the temporal and spatial evolution of urban land price is an important research subject in urban geography, urban economics, land economics, economic geography and other disciplines. By sorting the literature related with this topic systematically, this article will summarize from four aspects： the characteris- tics, influencing factors, dynamic mechanism and main research methods of temporal - spatial evolution of urban land price. On the basis of summarizing the related research, this article will reviewing from research contents, methods, scale, dimensions and outlooking the research trend and research tasks. In the future, the research on temporal - spatial evolution of urban land price in China must combined with national conditions, strengthing the theory - building and empirical research of typical cases, innovativing research methods, promoting in - depth development of the use and research on temporal - spatial evolution of the multi - scale urban land price.
