基于应用型技能人才培养的教学方法改革探讨——以“旅游管理”专业课程为例

Study on the Reform of Teaching Methods Based on Applied Skill Talents Training

教育要发展,根本靠改革,教学方法改革是教学改革的重要环节.随着时代的发展,传统的教学方法已经难以适应新形势下应用型技能人才培养的需要,文章以"旅游管理"专业课程为例,探讨了游戏教学法、情境教学法、讨论教学法、汇报教学法、项目教学法、角色扮演教学法和参观演练教学法,提出多种教学方法可以交叉使用,提高学生在教学中的参与度,培养学生独立思考、自由探索、动手实践的能力,促进学生综合素质的提高,以适应经济社会发展的需要.

In this paper, the game teaching method, situation teaching method, discussion teaching method, report teaching method, project teaching method, role playing teaching method and visiting drill teaching method are discussed based on tourism management major. These methods can be cross -used for improving the autonomy of student. It is helpful to cultivate students＇ ability of independent thinking, free exploration and hands - on practice. Moreover, it is advantageous for development of economy.
