归核化战略对不同企业的适用性问题研究

On the Applicability of Refocusing Strategy to Different Enterprises

近十年来,国内外许多大型企业从多元化经营模式转向了归核化,提升了企业效益,但还是有很多企业并未采取归核化战略,而是继续实行多元化策略,在多个行业开拓市场,并取得了成功。并不是所有多元化经营的公司最终都要回归主体业务实行归核化经营,不同的企业因外部的行业因素以及内部的企业自身特质、企业结构、经营能力和拥有资源的不同等,适用不同的企业战略。

In the past decade, rmny large enterprises at home and abroad have shifted business model fi＇om diversification to refocusing, which has promoted the enterprise＇s efficiency. However, many enterprises still adopt diversification strate- gy instead of refocusing strategy, and develop new rmrkets in several industries and are successful. This article puts for- ward that not every company of diversified business should retum to the main business, and ilnplement refocusing busi- ness. Due to external and internal factors, such as enterprise feature, structure, business capacity and resources, different enterprise should adopt different enterprise strategy.
