摘要
高校辅导员作为开展大学生思想教育工作的主要力量,不仅是管理及教师队伍的有机组成,同时也对大学生的健康成长起着十分重要的作用。随着高校辅导员职业化发展方向的日益明确,各高校纷纷开展了辅导员激励机制的构建。各高校应从构建与实施中存在的问题及成因入手,进一步拟定相关措施,以促进激励机制的科学与完善,从而使高校辅导员工作的开展更加顺利与高效。
College counselors take respons^ilities for students' ideological education, and thus play an important role for students' healthy development. At present, college counselors' professional orientation is becoming more clear, and in- centive mechanism for counselors is introduced in many colleges. The paper suggests that colleges should take further measures to promote the incentive mechanism and enhance counselors' work,
